5-25-07 - Four soldiers from Ft. Riley who were accused of looting a Greensburg Dillons store will be tried in military court. Kiowa County prosecutors dropped charges against the four men on Thursday.

Privates James W. Sweene, Jacob B. Kilgore, Paul Dominguez and Private First Class Spencer Basoco were caught on the night after the tornado, along with a reserve police officer from McPherson.

A total of 7 people were charged with looting in the days following the disaster, plus two other man who were accused of trespassing.
