KINGFISHER, Okla. - An Amber Alert which began in Oklahoma and was extended to Kansas ended early Friday, as a missing five-month-old girl was found safe in west Texas.

The Kansas Amber Alert website reports Olivia Smith was rescued in Seminole, near the Texas-New Mexico line. Two women accused of kidnapping her were arrested, according to Oklahoma authorities which originally issued the alert.

Smith was abducted during the noon hour Thursday in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. She may have been taken by Cindy Findley, whose vehicle was spotted in the Oklahoma panhandle around 7:30 Thursday night.

Findley was thought to be heading for Salt Lake City, but an Amber Alert was issued across Kansas and Colorado near her possible path. No Amber Alert was issued in Texas, where Smith was found.

Findley reportedly has a mental condition, and talked about having a vision of Smith's death. Smith is now in protective custody. Findley may be the baby's great-aunt.
