Tens of thousands of dollars worth of items were stolen from a property in south Sedgwick County and now officials need your help finding those responsible.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14, a man entered Bank of the West at 255 N. Main Street. He approached an employee and demanded, “Give me all the money.” The employee complied.
Authorities believe the suspect fired one shot through a glass window from what may have been a high powered rifle, and fired an accidental second shot while running away.
The suspect got away with a large amount of silver collectible spoons and miscellaneous collectible coins. The loss is valued at more than $4,500 dollars.
