Not long after midnight on Monday, November 1, on the campus of Friends University, security observed a suspicious character crouched down between two vehicles in a campus parking lot. Security attempted to contact the individual who ran away.
Security chased the suspect who was last seen running into the neighborhood in the 600 block of South Glenn. Security returned to the campus and found that 96 tires on 43 cars had been slashed. Damage is estimated to exceed over $13,000.
The suspect is described as a man with a light complexion, thin build, 5'6" to 5'8", and weighed about 150 pounds. The suspect was wearing black sweatpants and a black sweatshirt with a white bandanna covering his face.
