Crime Stoppers and the Wichita Police Department are asking for the public's help to solve several cold case homicides. This week, police are seeking information on a homicide that occurred Saturday, May 28, 2011.

Investigators say after leaving a restaurant in the 1700 block of South Rock Road, Thoung Phan got into an argument in the parking lot with three Asian men. They chased him across Rock Road onto Bluestem Street and shot him multiple times.

Phan died at the scene. The suspects fled in an unknown four-door vehicle.

Anyone with information about this crime should call Crime Stoppers at 267-2111. You can also submit a tip by texting TIP217, then your message to CRIMES (274637). All ways are secure and anonymous.

If your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 and Crime Stoppers will never ask your name.
