WICHITA, Kan.- Just after 1 a.m. on August 14th, a taxi was dispatched to pick up a rider at 1701 North Market Street. When the driver couldn't find that address, he parked at 16th and Market.

That's when someone jumped into the cab, put a gun to the driver's neck and demanded money. He got out and then fled on foot.

The suspect has been described by police as a black male of average build, wearing a green-hooded jacket.
