Crime Stoppers- Dollar General armed robbery

WICHITA, Kan. - Just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23rd, two men robbed the Dollar General store at 1919 East Pawnee. One pointed a handgun at an employee, before forcing him to the back of the store.

The men couldn't get into the back office, so they grabbed various items and damaged the cash register trying to open it. They ran east from the store- fortunately, the employee was not hurt.

The first suspect, described as a black male in his mid 20's, 6'2 and weighing about 160 pounds. he was wearing white shorts with a white and dark striped t-shirt, dark shoes, and a red hat with a sticker on it.

The second suspect, is a black male in his mid 20's, about 5'10 and 150 pounds. He was wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts, long black socks, with white shoes. He wore a gray shirt over his face and was carrying the handgun.
