Tens of thousands of dollars worth of items were stolen from a property in south Sedgwick County and now officials need your help finding those responsible.

On Sept. 11, deputies took a theft report in the 9900 block of South Meridian Avenue. An unknown person entered the property sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and took a white 2007 Dodge Ram 350 quad cab with an attached 2005 CM horse trailer.

The truck had a vanity plate on the front that read "Rodeo America's #1 Sport" in red letters with a white background. They also stole a black flatbed single axle welding Trailer with a Lincoln welder, oxygen and acetylene tanks and miscellaneous tools.

The horse trailer was located by deputies a few miles from the scene and returned. Loss is valued at more than $48,000.

Witnesses in the area saw a black, 2000s model, extended cab Chevy truck pulling in the drive during the time frame of the theft.
