Thieves broke into a Wichita home, getting away with thousands of dollars worth of items and causing hundreds in damage. Now police need you help catching the folks responsible.
Sometime between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 9, one or more suspects forced open a door to a residence in the 500 block of North Sandalwood, said Deputy Jamie Converse. Once inside, they took multiple antiques, coins, electronics and personal papers. Loss is valued at more than $3,000, and damage at $500.
Sheriff’s detectives in the case obtained a photo of a woman using a forged check that was taken in the burglary. It is not known if she was part of the actual burglary. They need your help finding her.
