The theft happened sometime between Sunday, September 12th and Monday 13th. Two pickup trucks went to the 1500 block of So. 391st Street West to two oil wells.

One truck was equipped with a winch and tackle and the other with a trailer. The suspects stole two continental brand engines from two oil wells. The engines are run by natural gas, single cylinder and are green in color.

They weigh in excess of 2500 pounds each. The engines are valued at around $15,000 each. The suspects took the time to disconnect and shut off the natural gas and removed the bolts holding the engines in place, but there was no damage to the wells.
