Wichita Police continue to search for a suspect in a carjacking and sexual assault that happened over the weekend.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night in the 600 block of North West Street.
A 36-year-old woman told police that a man approached her in a shopping center parking lot, and forced her back into her car. She said he then drove her to another location and sexually assaulted her.
She was able to get away, but the man kept her car. Her Saturn was found the following day, but police were unable to locate a suspect.
A specific suspect description was not provided.
