A Wichita man has been arrested months after a report that he had a sexual relationship with a child.
Officers arrested Michael Pusha, 47, Wednesday. He was booked into the Sedgwick County Detention Center on three counts of aggravated sodomy, rape of a child under 13 years old, and indecent liberties with a child.
Police said Pusha sexually abused a 9-year-old between Oct. 2011 and May 2012. The crimes were first reported June 8.
The case will be presented to the District Attorney's office for review. Pusha could make a first appearance in court as early as Friday.
