Wichita Police are looking for a man who robbed two women of their purses at gunpoint.
It happened Saturday evening shortly after 7 o'clock near 29th and Rock Road. Sgt. Bart Brunscheen says two women were inside Juni's Cafe when a man in his late teens or early twenties entered armed with a silver handgun.
The suspect demanded the women hand over their purses. The women cooperated, telling police they were in fear for their lives.
There were two other witnesses to the robbery but no one else was hurt. The suspect fled the scene on foot.
He's described as a white male, wearing baggy blue jeans, an army style green coat, work boots and a red bandanna over his face.
