Jury section is underway in the trial for one of two men charged in the fatal shooting of a Hutchinson mother.
Charles Logsdon is charged in the June 2011 shooting death of Jennifer Heckel.
Prosecutors say the shooting was apparently a case of mistaken identity.
Trial is expected to begin later in the week.
Billy Joe Craig is also charged in Heckel's death. His trial begins in January.
