Thursday, October 18, 2012

Wichita Police have arrested a man wanted in connection to the robbery of a credit union that happened in March.

Wednesday, officers arrested 25-year-old Dejuan Bell for the March 21st robbery of the Credit Union of America, located near Harry and Webb.

During that robbery, two men entered the bank, maced three employees and took an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say Bell had been on their radar for several months, and this week they had finally gathered enough evidence to arrest him.

Bell faces federal charges of robbing a financial institution. Authorities are still searching for the second suspect.
