A Scott City man has been sentenced to over five years in prison for electronic Solicitation.
In Scott County District Court Tuesday, 26-year-old Nicholas Anderson was sentenced to 61 months in prison after pleading guilty to two charges of electronic solicitation. Those charges will run concurrently.
Charges were originally filed following an investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Western Child Advocacy Center, and prosecuted by the Kansas Attorney General's Office.
Specifics of the case were not released.
