At around 9:30 p.m., Wichita Police were called to a robbery at the McDonald's at 21st Street N. and Ridge Road in west Wichita.
Dispatch says the suspect is a Hispanic male, standing 5'6", and wearing a white bandana and white hoodie.
Amie Ozbun and her husband were in the McDonald's drive-thru at the time. She says, "We were in the drive-thru, getting ready to order drinks, when we heard yelling and then 'stop.' He ran out the front door, and a couple of people were running after him as he ran to his Explorer."
Officers are currently looking for a red Ford Explorer. The suspect may also be connected to another McDonald's robbery.
Police are expected to release more information during a news briefing Thursday morning.
