Man Sentenced In Wichita Murder

A Wichita man today was sentenced to life in prison for a deadly shooting. Reginald Dupree was sentenced in Sedgwick County District Court this morning.

Markez Phillips was shot to death at an Oaklawn home on December 14, 2011. Police said several men broke into the home, planning to rob it. They left the home with three big screen televisions. Phillips was at the home visiting a girl.

Dupree will spend at least twenty years in prison before he's eligible for parole.
