A California man has been arrested and indicted on a bank robbery that happened four years ago in northern Kansas.
Late last week, 23-year-old Eric Lee Strait was arrested where he currently resides in Riverside, California. He was charged with one count of bank robbery and one count of brandishing a firearm during the robbery.
In November 2008, Strait allegedly robbed the Jamestown State Bank in the Cloud County town of Jamestown. The investigation lasted almost four years, until an indictment was filed last June.
Strait faces up to 25 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of the robbery.
