Hit and Run Victim Identified

Wichita police release new details in a bizarre hit and run accident that killed a Mexican national.
Authorities said Ramon Martinez-Limon, 31, was killed last week after a minivan hit him near the Hawker Beechcraft plant last Friday.
Investigators said Mohamed Sarrafizadeh, 67, went off the road and hit Martinez-Limon while he was cutting grass. Witnesses told police the driver did not stop after the accident and continued driving nearly three miles to his east Wichita home.
The victim was found dead on top of the minivan's roof.
Sarrafizadeh was arrested and booked into jail Friday night for leaving the scene of a fatality accident.
He was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
