A convicted felon was arrested Friday evening after reportedly firing a shotgun at a west Wichita home.
It happened around 7 p.m. in the 2200 block of West Second Street.
Wichita Police Sgt. Bruce Watts said four people, ages 7 to 30, were inside when a 57-year-old man fired at least once at the home. No one was hurt.
The man was later arrested at another location, and a shotgun was recovered.
He was charged with criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, discharging a firearm at an occupied dwelling, criminal threats, domestic violence and possession of marijuana.
