The Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas is warning residents about a scam that's moving through the Wichita and Oaklawn areas.
Group officials say they've recently become aware that young people are going door-to-door selling products. The solicitors say they're raising funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs.
Officials say the Boys & Girls Clubs never sent their youth members to solicit door-to-door. They urge anyone who encounters one of these scam artists to call the police.
