A Coffeyville man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for arson.
The US attorney's office said that Jimmy F. Foster, 66, pleaded guilty to one count of arson of a commercial building.
In his plea, he admitted that on Jan. 28, 2012, he set fire to a building at 217 W. 8th Street in Coffeyville.
The building was occupied by a store called Butterfly Kisses. The fire destroyed the building.
