A woman accused of slashing dozens of tires in southwest Wichita waived her right to a preliminary hearing at the Sedgwick County Courthouse Tuesday morning.
Last month, prosecutors charged 38-year-old Lisa Marie Milton with one count of criminal damage to property and two counts of aggravated assault.
Between the beginning of August and her arrest in early September, Wichita Police investigated dozens of tire slashings in the area of Kellogg to Harry and Edgemoor to Rock.
The aggravated assault charges stem from a report of Milton threatening two men after she was found with a knife in the 700 block of South Mission shortly before her arrest.
A judge has scheduled her trial for December 10th.
