“Wisconsin Resort Consulting” is announcing plans to build a water
park, and mixed use destination resort and hotel at the Caban Marketplace Star Bond development in Bel Aire, Kansas. The project will be built along Rock Road and K-254.

The $85+ million dollar project will include indoor and outdoor water park space, action sport activities, and retail along with banquet and dining facilities. Initial plans are for a total of 27 acres drawing families, individuals, and large groups from as far as eight hours away.

The project will be located next to the recently announce sports training academy and is expected to break ground later this year if STAR bonds are approved by local and state leaders.

“Wisconsin Resort Consulting” estimates 1,000 construction jobs for the 24 month build time with over 300 full time jobs upon opening.

The Water Park will offer:

* 400 room hotel with space for a second phase of villa rooms.
* 100,000 square feet of Water Park
* 40,000 square foot of action activities
* Retail space
* Restaurants
