An Idaho man was killed in a tractor-trailer crash Thursday afternoon in central Kansas.
It happened just before 4 p.m. on Interstate 70 about 8 miles north of Ellsworth.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the semi was heading eastbound on I-70 when it left the roadway, went into a ditch and came back onto the road before flipping onto its side. Both eastbound lanes of the interstate were blocked.
The driver, 64-year-old Ronald Kehoe, of Jerome, Idaho, was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
No other vehicles were involved. The accident is under investigation.
