A Hazelton man was killed in a tractor-trailer rollover accident early Wednesday afternoon in Harper County. It happened at around 12:30 p.m. about 3 and a half miles west of Anthony on Kansas Highway 2.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says an eastbound semi left the roadway, overcorrected and then overturned into a ditch.
James Lewis, 67, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say he was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident is under investigation.
