Authorities have released the autopsy report for Vashti Seacat.
The report shows that Vashti was shot four times with three of the shots hitting her lower body, hip and thigh. The fourth shot was fatal, striking her in the neck and head.
Testing showed Vashti had no carbon monoxide in her blood, which would have been a byproduct of breathing around a fire.
On August 5 of this year, Vashti's husband Brett Seacat was sentenced to life in prison for her murder. Seacat was accused of killing Vashti and then setting the couple's Kingman home on fire.
Brett Seacat had claimed during trial that his wife was depressed and set the fire before committing suicide. Seacat will have to serve a mandatory 31 years in prison before becoming eligible for parole.
He was also sentenced to 6 years for aggravated arson and child endangerment for setting the fire.
