Many people include yoga into their fitness plan, but if you think yoga is just for adults, think again.
Yoga instructor Sheryl Haynes says no matter your age, yoga can be beneficial to your health, even if you're just a few weeks old. She also points out that for children who are of normal weight, yoga can help gain strength and endurance.
Sheryl teaches "Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga" at the North and Northwest YMCA branches, a program designed to aid baby's development through a combination of music and stretching techniques.
