It can seem next-to-impossible for modern moms to stay fit and active while working and raising children. But there are ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing time with your kids.
Tonya Wells, owner of Mommy Movement Fitness, is a physical trainer and a busy mom who doesn't have time to waste.
Tonya has workout programs for expecting moms, new moms and even grandmothers that don't require a daycare or nursery.
"At 'Strollers in Motion' you can bring your six-week-old or your 5-year-old," Tonya says.
There are several programs to choose from and Tonya says that including your children in your exercise program teaches them the importance of living a healthy lifestyle as they grow up.
