The Federal Aviation Administration says another small plane has been intercepted by the military for violating airspace restrictions during President Barack Obama's visit to the Los Angeles area.

FAA spokesman Allen Kenitzer says in an email statement that a Mooney M20 was intercepted in the vicinity of the Orange County city of Fullerton and it landed at Chino Airport at 6:04 a.m. Thursday. Chino is about 40 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.

Kenitzer says the FAA is investigating.

On Wednesday, an F-16 fighter jet intercepted a Cessna 117 northwest of Los Angeles. That plane was forced to land at Camarillo.

There have been similar incidents when Obama visited Los Angeles in the past.
