3i Show has one more day of exhibitions in Dodge City.

It's where exhibitors can showcase their agri-business products in one place allowing farmers and ranchers to learn about and shop for the latest and greatest in farm machinery.

Eddy Estes, 3i CEO, likens it to a giant supermarket in agriculture products. 3i stands for industry, implements and irrigation. It's now in its 59th year.

Some Kansas farmers like Jordan Reid are having to just kick tires, climb into combine and tractor cabs and dream about buying another year. Reid says, "The wheat did not make it this year. So we had no wheat harvest." Reid farms near Brewster between Colby and Goodland. He says coming to 3i is about looking and getting ideas.

Norton county farmer Phil Loughry also says some of his wheat fields didn't produce due to the drought so he's just looking and not buying.

But Estes says there are many farmers who were pleasantly surprised with the yields they got and are in a better position to shop here. Estes says exhibitors were pleased with the first day's turnout Thursday.

3i continues Saturday from 8:am until 4:pm.
