Wichita, Kan.-- Cox Communications has announced it will be consolidating smaller call centers to larger call centers.
Spokesperson Christina Martin says the move will affect employees in the Wichita area. Martin says some positions will change and many current employees will be given the opportunity to change positions or relocate. The consolidation of call centers will take place over the next 3 months.
Martin says the company will be adding an additional 300 employees in Wichita, mostly in customer care positions. Open positions will be posted at Cox.com
