ESPN's Jonathan Coachman Returns Home To Kansas

Instead, the McPherson native began his TV career in Wichita, KS at KAKE-TV. A graduate of McPherson College, Coachman has lived the dream, few journalist or broadcasters could ever imagined. From Wichita to Kansas City to World Wrestling Entertainment to ESPN. Coachman is a real life success story. And it was all about being at the right place, at the right time, with a few breaks in-between.
Thursday, Coachman returned to Kansas as a guest speaker for the Hutch News Future Journalist Scholarship Fund banquet.
Coachman said he's committed to help future journalist achieve their dreams, just like he did.
