Royals Beat Yankees 4-3 After Rivera Hurts Knee

Reporter: Associated Press

May 3, 2012

Baseball's career saves leader twisted his right knee while
shagging fly balls near the outfield wall during batting practice.
Rivera grimaced in pain as he was loaded onto a cart and taken from
the field. Results of an MRI exam were not available by the game's
conclusion.
Danny Duffy (2-2) pitched well into the sixth inning before
turning the game over to the Royals bullpen, which held the Yankees
in check until Jonathan Broxton came out for the ninth.
