Exactly! What a waste of resources, I mean lets dismiss the fact that this guy called in a ROBBERY, which is a HIGH PRIORITY call, and WASTED the police departments resources and only worry about the D.A.!!!!!That makes complete sense!

Maybe if he was charged with a felony, he might think twice next time for tying up our police officers with a bogus call. Man, what were you thinking? Apparently, not with your brain.

why not just issue him a ticket for the damage and let him go? talk about a waste of resources if the DA decides to file charges especially something minor like this. no one was hurt and the QT was safe.
