These lawyers, asking for $1045/hour, and the company executives, asking for $5 million in bonuses, are plain and simply crooks.
With Union Workers at Hawker averaging $23/hour and these lawyers averaging between $370 to $1045/hour, who do you think is working for their money???? Lawyers, like the Hawker execs who asked for $5 million in bonus, are parasites that feed on society and the work of honest hard working people. What these lawyers and company executives are doing should be called what it is, "highway robbery".
dont be mad you never worked there old lady, LOL, then again I did and it ruined my life financially and health wise..but i got another lower paying job in the airconditioning and couldnt be happier!
They earned the money? You know this how? I'm sure that the partners that are charging over a $1000 an hour were really hard at it. Every legal intern is being put on the clock for this.
A $700.00 ph lawyer is money better spent then on a $30.00 ph union employee.
I would rather see the lawyers with the money then the union employees. At least the lawyers worked for the money.

I know your logic. We use our own service, not outsource any jobs. However, who can afford $1000 per hour. Maybe we should "do it yourself".
They knew what it was going to cost them when they did this.(aprox.) If they seeked out high priced lawyers then they need to pay them. No fault but their own.
Hawker can take some of that money that they want to pay out for bonuses to its excutives. Sounds like they have the money to pay these lawyers.
just shows you how greedy the layers are. lawyers, companies and unions are nothing but a place of greed.
