A woman was critically hurt in an accident involving an All Terrain Vehicle. The crash was reported just after 5:30 p.m. Sunday in the 9400 block of South Broadway Street in southern Sedgwick County.

Officials say a 20-year-old woman was riding on the ATV when she lost control in a ditch and crashed. She suffered a head injury was taken to a Wichita hospital in critical condition.

No other injuries were reported. The accident is under investigation.
