I lived in Phoenix where traffic moves about 10-15 miles per hour in the 55 zones during morning and afternoon commutes due to traffic. I think that we need 3 lane roads and if people would put down their distracting cell phones and tend to their driving they would make commuting a better place. Too many people spend way to much time on the phone rather than paying attention to their driving. I have to say that for someone to slam on their brakes is ridiculous and very immature especially causing damage or an accident. Even more that she followed him home and vandalized his car further? Come on...I'm so glad she wasn't the one with a weapon! She already is allowed to use her 2500 pound vehicle as a weapon of destruction! I'd say she needs to loose her license and pay some fines! Way too many people pass me or ride the backside of my vehicle too close even when I'm pushed to be 10 mph OVER the speed limit! They tend to pass people by like they are sitting still even when the person is doing the legal limit!
Doubt they took driver's ed and if they did they didn't pay attention as to how far to stop or what the distance between cars is suppose to be when driving. They also don't know what YIELD means. To them yield means accelerate up 65 on the ramp and when you merge into traffic that's already going 65, they are suppose to slow down and get over to let you in. Especially when they can't get over. I see this daily
Since the max is already 65 for many of the bypasses it would be rather senseless to make the min. that. I agree that it should be higher like maybe 50. Remember that trucks also have to use it and many are loaded down pretty good. I have no problem with the 65 speed limit but I wish that they would enforce it.
Getting fed up with it
All you have to do is start a fight, and then if you are losing, pull out a gun and kill the person who was defending them selves. If they are African American, then most people will support you. It is called the stand your ground law. Follow people and harass them and start a fight and then kill them, totally legal.
yada yada yada, too fast too slow, same ole same ole, we learned it in kindergarten, respect each other, in cars and out, think about saftey instead of cussing, you will all have a safer drive and lower blood pressure.

Minimum speed limit on bypasses should be 65, not 40. Troopers should be all over the max. Kellogg drivers are totally brain dead. They should hire 20 more cops just to ticket speeders on Kellogg.
