You mean tag office right? I've never had to wait long to renew a drivers license. It's the tag renewal that is obsessively long. I try to renew on-line or by mail whenever I can to avoid the headache. But yes, something needs to change to get those lines moving along better!

You're probably right, Todd. I don't see it getting any better. They spent $40M on a headache.

The drivers license offices are a joke. People should not have to stand in line outside the office for several hours so they can renew their license. The offices need more people working them in addition to being open on Saturdays and Mondays.

The old experience there was a joke and it will be no better..probably worse...with this NEW IMPROVED SYSTEM!!!

This is a joke! Was just at the DMV today; waited for over two hours, only to be told the systems went down, and would be back up in one hour. Came back an hour later, waited twenty minutes more, only to be told the systems were still down and would be back up in about two hours. Ridiculous.

yes.

Absolutely! Why not? Go to the tag office on Greenway close to the little Dillons. It's slow but they are trying hard. It's not their fault. The old system had electronic proof of ins. This one did not....at least the first time around.
