if he can kill a cop walking up to him and drive off what will he do the next time he get mad or upset will he kill a cop again or a kid walking down the street or maybe a mom walking with her kids going to the park hes been in so long and has nothing to loose or gain after jail stop and think it could be you or one of your loved ones that the next killer that (has served his time) gets out and does it again then when its your family going through something like this then let me hear you say its okay let him live the rest of his life out free

Oh please. What about the trooper ? He spent years in a casket while this guy lives on with life. If you have a problem with law enforcement get out of this country because there not going away. It's apparent after serving your country (which I highly doubt) you still don't understand this country was built on law and order. You let this guy out not only would we have to "foot the med bills " we will pay for his section 8 housing, welfare, and food stamps because no one will hire a cop killer. It's cheaper to keep him in prison.

DC is right, anyone who kills anybody should stay in. Isn't it amazing, there was no one there to plea for or save the troopers life, but many, including our parole board to plea for and save this killers life.

Your 2 tours obviously didn't make you smart. Vets can be idiots too, and I've served with a lot of them. Case in point.

I started L.E. in 61 and met Bud shortly after. This was a very fine man and a very caring trooper. This coward shot him and ran. Got caught at Kellogg and Rock Road. Life should have ended there, but a very good medical team kept him alive for trial. He knew when he shot Bud, he was going to spend the rest of his life in prison, so let him. Should NEVER be let out until they carry him out in a box.

There are third world countries you could occupy if your not happy with our judicial system here. Better yet see how you like the police in Mexico!

@ Free him... wondering why you have such an "axe to grind" with cops. One of them try to stop you from living less than a clean life?

And everything I do is recorded so the citizen can second guess what I do. How about you hero? I served on tanks for 13 years and was in the sand too. The difference is over there when you suited up you expected to draw fire. As a police officer there is no green zone.

yes the do!

I don't live in a video game world. Don't own a single game. I'm a Army vet. 2 tours to Iraq. So yeah I know about life. Spent 15 years in the army. Yes I do have a ax to grind with cops. There liars thieves and murderers. But that has nothing to do with why we should let this man out. He has spent the best years of his life locked up. Let him out to live what's left. And as he ages we won't have to foot the med bills.

His parole shouldn't even be considered.

Why should he have more rights than his victim. That individual will not get out of his sentence.
