This guy is an predator who needs to be in jail. But please KAKE get your facts straight. The original two victims were not 16 year old girls. The were adults.

He's ex-wpd for a reason, why do people think somethings always being hidden? Obviously not, several officers have been fired for criminal acts you just don't hear about it because it is a private personnel issue. This guy got the same opportunity as any other first time offender with no criminal history, now that they caught him again he'll get a serious prison sentence.
It happens from the office of the President down to the janitor in a high school. Moral values of this country are dissolving fast. Expect more - soon.
he should be held without bond..just as a safety net to prevent him from fleeing. it said in the story "Allred trusts that McGill won't be treated any differently because of his law enforcement history.". he was treated differently in the first case cause he got probation instead of prison time like john doe would have received. but with these new charges coming out, and possibly more victims other than these 5 yr olds, prison time is warrented. he should serve about 15 years before being elibile for parole or let out early for good behavior
Hello City did your probation work?? STOP giving city and county law enforcement probation for crimes the normal citizen would get prison time for. You are also to blame and should be charged yourself for accessory as you are part of the problem. More than likely you will just extend his probation period..

EX WPD at its finest. Thats a shame he should have gotten some jail time instead of probation, had he not been in law enforcement he would have been under the jail. I guess they do protect their own!!!!

This piece of rat garbage still gets a bond! I got a misdemeanor marijuana charge and I had to sit and wait for a court date! I hope you do go to prison! I hope somebody makes a little girl out of you! I hope the same "indecent liberties" are acted upon you!
