No jay nobody should get over the Carr brothers. Don't care whether it was a decade or a century ago. They should never ever see anything but maximum security four walls. As for the corrections sec problem that is up to the state to fund the requirements that he needs not for him to be forced to place in a unsafe jail rapists and murderers. I'm a heck of lot more worried about the safety of the citizens than his managing problems.

"would hamper the corrections secretary from managing prisoners" who cares? safety of the public should be the first concern, not the secretaries feelings.

Really? you would think you would want to keep those prisoners in prisons not county jails.

As far as I'm concerned the prison system has NO business transporting convicted murderers around the State of Kansas to county jails. If they need to transport lesser criminals, that is something entirely different. I heard that the Carr brothers had been at another prison at one time in the central part of the state. The thought of those two being shuttled across the state is beyond comprehension!!! Maybe someone NEEDS to oversee the prison systems' decisions as I do NOT they are making wise decisions.
