Dr. Whiteside save my son's life 25 years ago. Our family syill talks about what a wonderful doctor we had for our son. I still carry Dr. Whiteside's business cared he gave us when we went to the NICU to see our son. The first time I met him, Dr. had my son ready to transport to Wichita a few hours after his birth and Dr. took the time to let me see him. On the way to St. Joseph's he had to stop the ambulance because once again my son coded. We were one of the lucky set of parents, our son lived after being 43 weeks gestation. My husband and I have never forgotten this man and that he saved our sons' life. Peace be with you.
I appreciate all the condolences and prayers, but the rude and disrespectful comments you need to keep to yourself. If, you are not a part of our live, then stay out of our lives. You have no idea how many hours in a day a physician spends on taking care of his patients. They only time he had to himself was in the late evening. Then he has to go back to work on completing charts. His job is never ending. If, this was one of your family members who was in a hit and run accident, then I know your opinion would change. If, you knew him and he was your doctor you would not be saying these comments. Let our family mourn in peace and let my husband RIP with respect and honor. You have no idea how many hours in a day a physician works to take care of his patients. He hardly has any time for himself or family. This was the only time he had to himself to get a bit of exercise so, he could get started on his work again. It is the responsibility of a driver to making sure all eyes are on the road. If, this was a family member of yours, I'm sure your ignorant comments would change. We are all grieving the loss of a husband, father, friend and physician. We need the support of family and friends right now, not disrespectful viewers. I'm sure if he saved your life then you would have a whole new outlook on him. He worked many longs hours and the only time available was at night time, then he would have to spend several more hours going back to work. I'm sure if this ever happened to one of your family members then your opinion would change. Please have some respect for our family and keep your nasty little comments to yourself. Praying for his family!! I can't imagine what they must be going through. Praying also for the driver, he is going through a hard time as well im sure!
We love and will miss you forever, we will not find another Dr with the willingness to offer his time and knowledge for my children but also myself, my prayers go out to his family. A great man has been sent back to heaven.

First of all, the speed limit is 30mph everywhere in Kechi! He was an awesome Doctor and a truly loved man! My hearts go out to his family and friends! You need to get your facts correct and stop being sooo hateful at a time like this! Have some respect!
My prayers are with his family. He cared for my daughter for only 9 months. But in these short months he has truly changed our who lives. R.I

I have to say Dr. Whiteside I will Miss you dearly. This man was outstanding. He has been my doctor my whole life. He went out of his way to help me and take care of me many times. He even took phone calls from his home to help me because I was in need of his advice for my meds. I am very very sorry to his family and stay strong. He is smiling down on you.

wtf. get a life dont say that kind of stuff when a man died. its not his fault he wanted to stay healthy and live a long life to see his kids grow up!
