Police Searching For Kidnapping Suspect

Police are looking for a suspect after a late night kidnapping that sent the victim to the hospital.

The 26-year-old man reported that he was kidnapped from his vehicle at 13th and Zoo Blvd. Sunday evening. The victim was knocked unconscious with an unknown weapon then bound with duct tape and had his head covered. The suspect drove the victim around for four hours before being dumped near 77th Street South and Hydraulic.

Authorities said that the victim proceeded to walk to Haysville where he was able to flag down a police officer around 1 a.m. Monday. Emergency crews were called and the victim was transported to Wesley Medical Center for treatment.

The victim's vehicle, a dark blue with a white hood 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo license tag XUR-775, is still missing.
