I'm curious as to why, instead of doing the easy thing and looking up the answer, you did the easier thing and complained about those dadburn busybody activist judges. That seems to be a pattern with some types.

what gives the judges the right is that the legislature couldnt come up with a fair way to redo the maps.
what reason is there for incumbants to be protected? they didnt get rid of any districts, only redid the maps acording to state law.

The Republicans faild to agree, and get it done. The judges had to do it.
