Donald S. Andersen was born in Anthony, Kansas in 1960. He is married and has three children. Don was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1985. He practices in Kansas and the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Kansas State University in 1982. Don received his Juris Doctorate in 1985 from Washburn University in Topeka. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Don is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations; and The Kansas Association for Justice (Member, Board of Governors).

Don’s areas of practice include medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability and worker’s compensation.

In his free time, Don enjoys watching sports including Kansas State football.
