And this is why I am thinking about moving. Winfield is no better than wichita and anyone who thinks so is just plain nuts. Cowley County had the highest meth production rate a few years back. That's why they put in a treatment center here. People getting killed, cars and houses being robbed and this is only what is reported. Most of the stuff gets covered up so people don't know the half of it. Way to go Winfield. I use to be proud to live here, but when someone can walk in a bank on the main street in broad daylight with a gun and no one notices, its time to wake up and realize that we have a problem. And that it is only going to get worse.
