Wonderful thing. Our pets are part of our families. Now if the law can see them more than just property in the court system, we'd be happy. Also, what is being done in Kansas with pet insurance? I heard there is medical insurance for pets and that is a much needed thing too. Our Fire Department is a really good one here and they deserve our appreciation. The person or persons who donated the masks is great.

I think this is a great idea. As a fellow firefighter I know the horrible feeling of looking at a childs face when they loose their pets in a fire. We may not be able to save every pet but this will greatly increase our chances at helping them. Thanks to the Fencing Company!!

Thank you so much to the Invisible Fence Company for donating these much needed masks and to the firemen for doing so much to save the pets they find at fire scenes. Twenty five years ago this week our house burned up while we were at school and work, and our 3 year old miniature dachsund was in there. She survived the fire, thanks to the firemen, and they used oxygen to help her breathe until the vet could treat her. We are so grateful for all they did to save her. She was pretty much all we had left after the fire. Although she had some minor lung damage from the smoke inhalation, she lived to the ripe old age of 14 and died peacefully in her sleep. I hope and pray that we never have to endure another fire or disaster like that again, but it is nice to know that help is there for our four-legged family members if it is needed.
