Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but women like anything that sparkles.

The Rusted Chain has been putting personalized touches on charming jewelry since 2003. Owner Becki Hastings enjoyed making jewelry, and decided to turn it into a business.

All pieces are handmade on a rural farm in Hesston. Hastings uses her rustic roots in every piece of jewelry.

“It’s pearls, it’s metals all together and so it’s this nice mix of casual rustic glamor,” she said.

Hastings makes all kinds of jewelry, available in several styles. Each piece can also be customized for that special someone in your life.

“It makes an easy gift and we have a really affordable price range,” she said.

It is too late to order a customized piece for Christmas. But it’s not too late to start thinking about Valentine’s Day!
